Dr. Mario nail art

Hope you all like the layout change. After getting 4 days a month off for the last 3 months, I now have weekends off AND 4 days off for the holidays so I don’t know what to do with myself! Since I haven’t had as much medicine in my daily life because I’ve had so much time off, I had to compensate by doing medicine related nails. I did Dr. Mario nails inspired by the old video game. On the pinky are two pills, ring and pointer have viruses, Dr. Mario himself is on the middle finger, and my thumb says “Dr. Mario.” I used A England Bridal Veil for the black background and Zoya Mimi for the purple. All of the designs were done using Migi Nail Art pens, though I mixed up some of the colors with different nail polishes. So, do you remember playing Dr. Mario?

 

Movember mustache manicure

While I do like mustaches on men, I’m not a fan of the mustache trend. I don’t really understand the trend of the finger mustache tattoo, but to each his/her own. However, I can get behind prostate cancer and men’s health. So, I put some ‘staches on my nails in celebration of No Shave November and the November Polish Days Event. The polish is Speciallita Hits No Olimpo in Hermes. It’s a pretty nice holographic, but I didn’t get a chance to photograph it outside.

 

 

Breast cancer awareness nails

If the NFL can support breast cancer awareness, I can too! Sorry my cuticles are looking rough today, I better put on some lotion. This is Essie Miami Nice and Konad special polish for the stamping. Stamp is Bundle Monster BM321.

I’m on oncology for my internal medicine rotation in a month, so something similar might make a comeback. Gotta support the girls 😀
